1. Before installation, take measures to protect drivers and pedestrians, maintain pedestrian space and assess the effect on surrounding structures.
2. Mark the installation positions and spacing according to the drawings, specifications and client requirements.
3. Mark the anchor-bolt positions with a chalk line.
4. Drill three holes approximately 120 mm or 150 mm deep.
5. Insert the anchor bolts, fit the delineator and tighten the nuts.
6. Install the base plate level without twisting.
7. Follow the installation height shown in the drawings, checking the specified 450 to 750 mm range and site road-surface conditions.
8. Clean the surrounding area after installation and leave it unobstructed for traffic.
9. Protect the surface against stains and other damage during transport and installation.
10. Periodically check for dirt, damage, correct orientation, level and vertical alignment, and damage to reflective sheeting and reflectors. Clean when needed and repair in accordance with the installation procedure.
