1. Drill holes to a depth of 200 mm.
2. Insert the removable stainless-steel lower sleeves flush with the road surface.
3. Fill the holes with concrete or mortar.
4. Insert the bollard into the lower sleeves, connect the upper and lower chains, and secure them with a padlock.
